Reserve your fresh, raw, local Gozzi turkey. Your $10 deposit per turkey comes off your total at the register when you pick it up.
We can't take special requests because of high demand and limited supply. If you're worried about getting the size you need, size up.
Plan on at least 1.5 lb per person (for cooking shrink and bones), or up to 2 lb per person for big eaters or leftovers. When in doubt, size up.
Pickup is at the meat counter.
